This March and April the Holton Wellness Program will be holding its first “Panther Rising” series for Lower School students. This is a program that focuses on introducing young students to fun ideas and activities that can help them lead healthy, active, and self-assured lives. The classes will meet on Thursdays from March 3 through April 21 from 3:40-4:30. Each class will include a fun wellbeing lesson, such as stress buster ideas or ways to best take care of you hair, nails, and skin as well as a physical component including a campus run/walk or working on dance activities you can do with your family.
