Baseline ImPACT (Immediate Post-concussion Assessment and Cognitive Testing) will be conducted on all seventh grade students who are participating in Fall Athletics on September 29 and October 3. Baseline ImPACT is critical for each and every Holton-Arms athlete. In the unfortunate event of a student sustaining a head injury, the ImPACT assessment is one of many key tools needed to help determine how the student should be treated and what accommodations will be needed for that student.
Each Grade 7 parent must sign the ImPACT Consent Form by the date of their child's Baseline ImPACT assessment (listed below). The form is available on the Parent Portal and via this link and may be completed electronically.
Schedule for students being tested:
Sept. 29: All 7th graders except those on MS "A" Soccer and MS "B Volleyball
Where: Lecture Hall
When: 2:30 p.m.
October 3:MS "A" Soccer and MS "B" Volleyball
