Upper School retreats happened last week and were filled with fun, laughter, and ample bonding time within each grade. The seniors had an on-campus sleepover and volunteered at a D.C. Jewish Community Center, while Grade 11 participated in a newly founded tradition of HARP, a retreat created by two seniors for their senior project. The goal of HARP is to "cultivate character, promote wellness, and encourage girls to explore their identity." Grade 10 explored D.C landmarks, such as the Martin Luther King Memorial and Newseum and Grade 9 took part in some outdoor activities and more. The pictures in this post are a snapshot of our Grade 9 and 10 retreats!
