Greetings All,
Well my friends here we go. The first day of school is almost upon us. These have indeed been some very active times across our campus. I cannot reiterate how much your ongoing cooperation, support, and patience has meant during this busy period. The ability to thrive and grow in a comfortable and efficient environment remains an integral learning component. The efforts of this ongoing project serves to support that very goal.
The holiday weekend building hours for September 1-3, 2018 are posted below. In recognition of the logistics involving classroom preparation, there will be hours offered on Saturday and Sunday. The caveat to that availability is our request to have you check in at the front desk when you arrive. That will assist in identifying who is on campus while allowing us to address any accessibility questions.
Concerning the holiday weekend ahead, if you are traveling be mindful of busy roadways. The ongoing memorial services for Senator John McCain are currently taking place in our area. Those venues include the U. S. Capitol, the Washington National Cathedral, and the United States Naval Academy. There will be street closures associated with these series of events. The Holton-Arms community proudly recognizes Senator McCain's longstanding honorable service to our nation. Our sincere condolences are extended to his family.
Thank you for your support my friends and have a great weekend.
Ken
